This is a wonderful little water colour painting of Mousehole Harbour, Cornwall, painted by Thomas Herbert Victor, born 1894 and died 1980. A small painting measuring just, 183mm. w. x 110mm. h. (painted area). Presented in a new cream double mount A4 size, the condition of the painting is very good condition and thought to have been painted around 1940′s-1950′s.
